The YS Plane Review Committee, or YSPRC, was an informal group organized in 2006 on which consisted of the CO's and 2IC's of all of the major combat squadrons at the time (RPFS, 241st, NAFC, etc.).

The group was organized in response to a rash of "cheat planes" being introduced into combat squadron fleets, in an effort to regulate and normalize the squadron aircraft specifications and make combat more fair online.

The group ultimately did not take any binding action, but the ideas and methods of the committee are considered to be one of the primary influences in the founding of YSATC .
