Cobra Team is a personal squadron first spotted on the Violet World server in late November 2020, with its members stating that they were led to YSFlight through flight sim YouTuber Swiss001. Currently, the group has four known members: Killa, Windigo, Kai, and Edifier.
During their first documented appearance on the Violet World server, the group quickly found itself making enemies with Wedge, Ping, and Kubson, all high-ranking members of the 2nd United Combat Wing. Since then, both sides have been at war, with 2UCW making its declaration of war against Cobra official on December 7th, 2020.
Through the 2UCW conflict, Cobra has been documented as being much more hostile and unruly than other squadrons, spending much of their battles hurling insults and making liberal use of missile spam, at the expense of a subpar combat performance. This has earned them unfavorable comparisons to 2UCW's predecessor, Galm Team, as well as to the older "terrorist" Grabacr Squadron.
